PetCircle was started by two pet parents — Ashita and Anuradha (Anu). Ashita grew up with pets, so when she built her own life in Mumbai, bringing home a pet felt completely natural. With Zoey, she experienced the veterinary system up close — especially through Zoey's battle with CKD, where care was frequent, intense, and often fragmented. Today, with Zayn, her Labrador, she brings deep care and awareness to every decision — and still finds herself navigating the same gaps all over again.

Anu came into it as a first-time pet parent. When Bruno, a Golden Retriever, arrived home — right when her daughter Anika had just turned three — it was learning everything from scratch. The two of them grew up side by side. What began as understanding the basics became a quiet realisation of how much consistent, informed care actually matters. Bruno is four now, fully woven into the family's everyday rhythm.

But despite doing everything right, they kept running into the same problem. The senior vets they trusted most were always out of reach — too busy, too far, too fragmented. Everything else felt like a workaround: disconnected visits, repeated explanations, no one ever seeing the full picture.

PetCircle is built to change that. A connected clinical system where senior veterinarians take ownership, supported by trained home vets who deliver care on the ground — all informed by your pet's complete history.

We collect information you provide during WhatsApp conversations, including: pet information (name, breed, age, health history), your contact details (name, phone number), health records you share, and usage data from interactions with our service.

To build and maintain your pet's personalised care plan
To send care reminders and health notifications via WhatsApp
To facilitate home vet visits and same-day delivery orders
To improve our AI-powered care recommendations
To communicate service updates and care information

4. WhatsApp opt-in & messaging

Opt-in consent: By initiating a conversation with PetCircle on WhatsApp — by tapping "Start on WhatsApp" on our website, scanning our QR code, or messaging us directly — you expressly consent to receive WhatsApp messages from PetCircle. These messages include your pet's care plan, health reminders, appointment confirmations, and care-related updates.

We use the WhatsApp Business API (powered by Meta) to communicate with you. We will only send messages that are directly relevant to the care services you have requested. We will never send unsolicited marketing blasts. You can withdraw consent and opt out at any time by sending "STOP" to +91 74000 58458 on WhatsApp. We will cease all messaging within 24 hours of receiving your opt-out request.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with senior veterinarians providing care to your pet, delivery partners fulfilling orders, and technology providers who support our platform — all under strict confidentiality obligations.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Health records are stored securely and accessed only by authorised care providers.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@petcircle.in to exercise these rights.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using PetCircle's services — including our WhatsApp-based AI companion, home vet visits, and care platform — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services provided

PetCircle provides: AI-assisted pet care plan generation via WhatsApp, senior veterinarian home visits, health record storage and analysis, personalised care reminders, and facilitation of pet product delivery.

⚕ Medical disclaimer: PetCircle's AI-generated care plans are informational tools only and are not a substitute for in-person veterinary diagnosis or treatment. All AI-generated health observations are reviewed by a senior veterinarian before recommendations go live. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions. In case of a pet emergency, contact an emergency vet clinic immediately. PetCircle does not provide emergency veterinary services.

3. WhatsApp platform terms

Our WhatsApp-based services are powered by the WhatsApp Business API. Use of our WhatsApp service is also subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We comply fully with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, including restrictions on message types and opt-in requirements.

4. User responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your pet's health history
Ensure your pet is accessible and safe during home vet visits
Follow up with a veterinarian for any urgent health concerns
Use the service only for your own pets or those in your care

5. Payments and delivery

Home vet visits and product deliveries are subject to separate pricing, communicated at the time of booking. Payment terms will be confirmed before each service. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

6. Intellectual property

All content, care plan formats, and technology associated with PetCircle are proprietary to PetCircle Health Technologies. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

PetCircle is not liable for outcomes resulting from decisions made based on AI-generated care recommendations. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
